Jersey Shore's The Problem Suing Abercrombie & Fitch for $4 Million

News.The suit comes from an argument the clothing label released in August - something many considered a publicity stunt -- entitled "Abercrombie & Fitch Proposes victory-Win Situation." The discharge mentioned, "We're deeply concerned that Mr. Sorrentino's connection to our brand might cause significant harm to our image.
